What to know first

Understand the proposed service first

NAD+ appears on some specialty infusion menus. A menu listing is not proof that an infusion will deliver anti-aging, energy, recovery or other advertised benefits. Ask a qualified clinician what evidence supports the proposed use in your circumstances, what alternatives exist and what uncertainties remain.

NAD+ screening, sourcing and visit details

Product sourcing deserves a direct conversation

FDA has raised concerns about ingredients used in sterile compounding and reported adverse events involving injectable NAD+ products, including severe chills, shaking, vomiting and fatigue. Ask the treating provider about the source and preparation of the product, its oversight and how reactions are handled. Do not assume a service is FDA-approved because a company offers it.

Questions for the medical provider

  • What is the intended purpose, and what evidence supports that use?
  • Who determines eligibility and supervises the treatment?
  • Where is the product prepared, and what quality controls apply?
  • What screening is required, and how are possible interactions considered?
  • What reactions should I understand, and what support is available during and after the visit?
  • What is the complete expected appointment duration and the rescheduling policy?

Build your quote around the actual treatment

Ask for the proposed product, dose, route and total price directly from the provider. Specialty services may have different visit durations and costs than basic hydration packages. Do not compare two menu prices until you know what each includes.

Our Las Vegas pricing guide explains additional cost questions. Published examples are not offers from Vegas Mobile IV, and the companies cited are not confirmed partners.

Planning a hotel or home inquiry

Share your area, preferred date or timing window, party size and setting. Exact addresses and medical information belong in the identified provider’s intake process. Consult the hotel guide for access arrangements and how the inquiry process works for next steps.

Vegas Mobile IV helps organize your initial visit inquiry. A qualified medical provider determines whether NAD+ is suitable and confirms the product, dose, availability and appointment.

Helpful answers

Your questions, answered.

Practical answers for planning your next step.

What affects the price of a NAD+ visit?

The proposed product, dose, administration route, appointment length and location can affect the total. Request an itemized quote and discuss product sourcing and supervision with the provider.

Is NAD+ the same as a standard hydration package?

No. NAD+ is a specialty service with its own product, evidence and safety questions. Do not assume a basic hydration price or visit duration applies. A clinician must assess suitability and explain the risks.

Who receives your inquiry. Vegas Mobile IV operates this inquiry service. Contact us at leads@vegasmobileiv.com about your request or privacy rights.

Information and purpose. With your consent, we collect the contact details and visit preferences you submit—name, email, phone, requested area, timing, group size, service interest, budget, booking readiness and callback preference—to review and respond to your inquiry. An interest in a health-related service may itself be consumer health data. Share medical history and clinical information directly with a treating clinician.

Source information. The form also collects campaign tags present in the URL, the submission-page URL and referring-page URL to identify where an inquiry originated. The submission record also includes your IP address and submission time. Hosting and delivery services process technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

Storage and recipients. Form entries are stored in this site’s WordPress database on Hostinger and delivered through Titan email to the operator’s Yahoo inbox. Hosting and email providers process information to provide these services. When you affirmatively select the required provider-sharing checkbox, Vegas Mobile IV may share your name, email, phone number, requested service area, timing, group size, visit setting, package interest, budget, booking readiness and callback preference with independent mobile-IV providers serving your requested area, for availability, quotes and booking follow-up by phone or email. This may include providers added to our network after your inquiry, solely to respond to that inquiry. Provider partnerships are being arranged and automatic distribution is not enabled. The form cannot be submitted without selecting the provider-sharing checkbox. You may contact us by email for a general inquiry without provider sharing. The provider-sharing checkbox does not authorize a sale of consumer health data; any such sale requires a separate legally valid authorization.

Your choices. Provider-sharing consent is required to submit this online provider-connection request. For a general inquiry without provider sharing, email leads@vegasmobileiv.com. Authorization to sell consumer health data is separate and voluntary; obtaining goods or services is not conditional on that sale authorization. You may request access to your information, corrections, deletion, withdrawal of collection or sharing consent, or details about disclosures by emailing the address above with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity. If a request is denied, reply with “Privacy appeal” to ask for review. Withdrawing consent stops future consent-based processing; it does not undo processing already completed. The form plugin states that database submissions are automatically deleted after 90 days. Email copies follow a separate retention process and may remain until deleted. You can request deletion from both the site records and the operator’s inbox. Records needed for applicable legal obligations may be retained.

Scope. This notice applies to this inquiry form. External sites and medical providers have their own privacy practices. This form is for adults submitting their own contact details or acting as the group’s organizer. Submit only the organizer’s information. Updated September 29, 2026.
